A Richter Scale to express the magnitude of music composer's talent.

They are so many composers on the net whose music are supposed to be talented that one could hardly say: isn't this one a newbie? who is the best guy?
Here is a Richter Scale. Oh, mistake, it isn't Sviatoslav Richter scale, but Nikolay Rimsky-Korsakov scale (both are musicians and Russians, but that's not the matter. Let's go on.

Musical harmony
